1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Flow Board Inc. ("Flow Board," "we," "us," or "our") concerning your access to and use of the Flow Board CRM platform, including any related websites, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service.
2. Description of Service
Flow Board provides a cloud-based customer relationship management (CRM) platform that includes:
- Contact and lead management
- Deal tracking and pipeline visualization
- Task automation and workflow management
- AI-powered insights and analytics
- Integration with third-party services
- Collaboration and communication tools
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with or without notice.
3. Account Terms
3.1 Account Creation
To use our Service, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Promptly update any changes to your information
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
3.3 Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.

5. Payment Terms
5.1 Subscription Fees
Some features of the Service require payment of subscription fees. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described on our pricing page.
5.2 Billing
- Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
- All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
- We may change our fees upon 30 days' notice
- You are responsible for all applicable taxes
5.3 Payment Methods
We accept payment via credit card, debit card, and other methods as available. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all fees.
5.4 Failed Payments
If payment fails, we may suspend your access to paid features until payment is received.
6. Free Trial
We offer a 30-day free trial for new users. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service. We reserve the right to limit or revoke free trial eligibility at our discretion.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
7.1 Our Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Flow Board and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
7.2 Your Content
You retain ownership of any content you upload to the Service ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
7.3 Feedback
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about the Service become our property and may be used without compensation or attribution to you.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Third-Party Services
The Service may integrate with third-party services (such as Gmail, Slack, etc.). Your use of these integrations is subject to the terms and policies of those third parties. We are not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services.
10. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:
- The Service will meet your specific requirements
- The Service will be available at any particular time or location
- Any errors or defects will be corrected
- The Service is free of viruses or harmful components
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FLOW BOARD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
- Your use or inability to use the Service
- Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
- Any interruption or cessation of transmission
- Any bugs, viruses, or similar issues
- Any errors or omissions in content
- Any loss or damage incurred from use of the Service
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, FOR ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Flow Board and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:
- Your access to or use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Your User Content
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
13.1 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13.2 Arbitration
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in San Francisco, California.
13.3 Class Action Waiver
You agree that any claims must be brought in your individual capacity and not as part of any class or representative action.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:
- Posting the updated Terms on this page
- Updating the "Last Updated" date
- Sending you an email notification (for material changes)
Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
15. Miscellaneous
15.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Flow Board regarding the Service.
15.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
15.3 Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
15.4 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights under these Terms without restriction.
